Purchased by me in January 2014 at 106,000 miles, currently has 150,100 miles
MOT due 17th November
After just over four years of Disco 3 ownership it's time to say goodbye. It's the longest I've owned a car for and whilst I hated it when it went wrong, I could forgive it everything when I was driving it again.
It only left me stranded once when the Alternator went and took the Battery with it. It obviously didn't want to leave, because as I was contemplating writing this ad, it started 'weeping' coolant!
A new radiator sorted that along with a header tank (due to a porous float level bringing up a low coolant warning).
As I was underneath looking at the radiator I saw the sidesteps were corroded so they've been replaced as well.
The body work is generally in good condition with marks you would associate with a vehicle that's covered 150,000 miles.
If anybody would like specific photographs or any other infomation please ask away.
It has the normal HSE spec plus the following:
Long roof rails
Heated steering wheel
Landrover ladder
Landrover spotlights
DVD player with headphones and remote
Rubber mats for driver/ passenger and second row seats
Rubber mat in the boot (Not shown in pictures)
Fixed tow bar with twin electrics (I've also got the adjustable height plate)
