[For Sale] D3, HSE, recent new turbo 160k miles £4500

I'm moving to a van for general duties and have received a poor trade in offer from the dealer hence offering this here. I've had it for a couple of years and enjoyed it.
Body work is OK, not great but cleans up nicely
Mechanical it appears good, lots of recent work done by me
Inbuilt DVD player
I have loads of receipts from previous owners.

Fresh MOT
New rear tyres (Michelin Crossclimate SUV)
August 2018
New turbo
New rear brake pipes
New rear timing belt and I think pump
Engine oil and filter change
I have the invoice for this now.
June 2018
New front discs and pads
Jan 2018
MOT
September 2017
New off side front lower suspension arm and fitting kit, plus new damper
August 2017
New near side front lower suspension arm, and wheel bearing fitted
March 2017
New intercooler hose
Fit new gearbox filter and sump, new oil of course
New, good brand, front tyres
Car is in Stotfold, Beds.
Bad points are:
CD player doesn't work
Air con needs regassing
Exterior temp sensor doesn't work (this doesn't affect the heating of the car or the aux heater)
I only have one key.
Paint flaking off one wheel
