We are butchering our sheep on Monday, but I think we should invest in some chainmail gloves before thinking about a whole outfit.

No probs pal ,May have a glove somewhere .One that fits just below the elbow. I know I sold one last year to someone up Scotland. Don’t like cutting sheep as it’s a strange smell and when their on the hook ,Don’t they look like a whippet Surprised Much rather beef Very Happy Cheers

Ours are around 21 months old so they look a bit bigger than whippets, but I know what you mean.

How big is your boning team ? The are 30 lamb butchers next door to me and they do 4000 on a good day . We do 1400 quarters of beef on a timed system ,47 of us. Pretty flat out all day
