Hi,
have you tried the likes of wbac and evanshalshaw for a price you might be surprised Or not
only thing I would say is be exact with the mileage for a quote and take everything off it if you do,
you can always go to them to see if they do knock you or not and still walk away from them if they do.
This is 6-speed as it has the traditional style gear lever. The 8-speed gearboxes have the pop up round dial. I think 8-speed was standard from about 2012.
Regards,
Steve

Thanks for the comments guys.
As Steve mentioned it is a 6 speed.
Re WBAC, I knew they were owned by the same parent as British Car Auctions, I hadn’t realised that the same parent company also owns CINCH…
The big problem we have is with what to replace it with… as a D4 still ticks all of the boxes…

Yep, the other option is to keep it and treat myself to a set of Landmark Alloys or to replace it with a Landmark…

If your struggling to replace it, then keep it. I think depreciation has really slowed down on these now. It is
Better the devil you know than buy someone else’s D4 and have to make a fresh start on changing parts.Defender 110 2.4 TDCi Utility Station Wagon.

I think you may be right G3Z about keeping it and ‘better the devil you know…’ as Kylie used to say…
It may just be that I’m not used to keeping a car for 5 years… our other car tends to get changed every 6 months… perhaps that says a lot for the Disco…
