[For Sale] 2005 TDV6 Manual, base model. Long MoT. Reduced
2005 TDV6 basic manual cloth interior

Full rubber mats
167,000 miles or so, in daily use.
MoT til May 2019
Cam belt done at around 120,000
Crossover pipe and dual mass done about 18 months ago
EGR valves blanked
Compomotive 18" alloys with BFG Goodrich tyres
Parking brake shoes and rear discs replaced last year.
Recent front wheel bearings and trackrods + oil, fuel + air filters changed in April this year.
Hole in rear bumper from removed wheel carrier (had been a Craddocks demonstrator for add on parts)
Occasional suspension warning light fault (front right wiring issue I have not been able to solve)
Chip in windscreen that was repaired but still visible.
rigid tow bar and electrics. I've never towed anything bigger than a P38.
Owned 3 years but now feel something lower (have a Subaru estate lined up) will be more suitable as aged parents find climbing in and out difficult.

Suggest keeping your lovely D3 and fitting a set of electric folding steps your aged parents will thank you, as am about to do the same to mine, as I currently keep a step box in the back when I take my aged parents out.
Must admit I get some funny looks but great feedback and comments, such as what a good dutiful son, wish mine would do that for me

Do you if it’s had the clutch / dmf changed??
What year was the cam belts done? As although millage wise it’s fine it’s the 7 years I am wondering about?

Had the clutch slave and DMF done a couple of years ago. Clutch friction plate was very fresh (dealer had done gearbox work prior to my ownership) and of good make so this not changed. Cam belt changed 2014 /2015 when it was dealers demonstrator. Serpentine belt, idlers and coolant changed a couple of years ago.

Now reduced to £3000 firm as my new car has been prepped and ready to go.

Now sold to an ex Freelander owner. It's going back to Cannock (where I bought it from) to be a school run car - I think the rear seats will be up permanently!
