I was there last weekend and had an excellent time - great fun with loads of water,ice and mud...
I even rescued a 90 from a very wet holes - water was up to his knees inside the cab.

Not sure I fully understand it. Seems there will be some firing on Sunday but only the western side of the plain which you can't use anyway. Possibly troop movement and maybe a tank or two.

Even if there is firing on the Plain, you will not be allowed anywhere near it and the tracks/byways leading to the gun line will be closed.
