I had to drive a race car from Canberra to Melbourne for the Sanddown 500
after the motor had been rebuilt
(the guy that owned the car was a motor dealer so we put his trade plates and some road tyres on it)
When i picked the car up the mechanic to me to continually load the engine
ie to lug up hills at 40 kph in fourth gear and to take it to 4500rpm
in every gear to run it in
A bit like your bloke says

& the mention NOT to use synthetic oil.....not the best for any engine when new
 BREXIT - done properly.
Right now ...We need Government - not Politics
Save the Dipstick Flagbearer-keep it simple, less likely to fail campaign-agenda items:Starting Handles, Acetylene Lamps.
Founder: Dipsticks-R-Us Inc
D3 HSE-perfectly formed, passenger friendly...has real DIPSTICK
Jag XK-but sadly no DIPSTICK...HUGE design fault
FL2 has DIPSTICK..."real comfort in rear seats"
VW Golf wondermobile (?)..has real DIPSTICK
Morris Minor..original DIPSTICK technology..and a real KEY.
