RSE remote doesn't work.
my D4 didn't come with a remote or headphones and so after pushing the dealer I finally picked up a remote and headphones today. He commented that he'd taken them from another car.
Anyhow I can't get the remote to work and I'm wondering if it's the correct one. Not tried the headphones yet either.
Am I doing something wrong or are they the wrong ones..

Neither the remote or the headphones look like the ones I've got on my MY13! I'd suggest going back to your dealer and telling them you're not leaving until they prove to you that the system is all working like it should!D4 MY14 XXV - RLD/IID BT

Had a feeling it was the wrong one!

Here's the ones I've got for my MY13. I can't find a part number for the headphones, but there is on the back of the remote. Hope these help

Hi Edwardandtubs,
The headphones are correct for MY12 & will work, the remote is not (late model FFRR & RRS). You need the remote shown by Dudleydisco
Why doesn't your dealer know this?

The headphones do work and I'm quite impressed by them.
