roof bars! instructions

Brought some roof bars from flea bay a few months ago ,now time to use em . Smile but seem to of misplaced the instructions i got with em .I know theres not alot too em, seem to of sussed most of it ,got rails on when i brought the car Thumbs Up so dropped bars on but id like to check few issues with em Idea any one know where i can download em from Bow down
