roof bar options.
I'm looking at getting some roof bars for my 06 d3. Been looking on web and eBay, there appears to be a good price for none OEM bars but supposedly same and LR specific for d3. Seller is worldwide4x4. Has anyone had dealings with these guys or this equipment?
Any knowledge or advice greatly received.
I'm 2 weeks into my 1st Disco and proper loving it.

They do look vey very similar to OEM and a good price but it might be worth trying TLO to see what deal he could do! 2016 RR Sport Autobiography

OEM Bars I bought 2nd hand on here and they do the job handsomely, Thule Atlantis 780 (which is friggin' huge!) plus a Thule single bike carrier (pro one) fit no problem side by side despite these being more curved compared to non OEM bars such as the Thule/Whispbar/etc.,
I'd definitely go for a rear mounted carrier though as lugging heavy MTBs off the roof with metal pedals is a disaster waiting to happen to my paintwork!!

Thanks for the tips and advice. I've plumped for set from eBay which should be arriving tomorrow and fit them in the evening. I'll update on how it goes.

So far so good. Bars arrived and appear fit for function. Installed in less than 20 minutes on my own, probably much quicker if I didn't need to keep running around the other side slide along a bit then back round again.
Just going to be carrying surfboard which should be handled with ease. At the minute I'm two thumbs happy.
