If they're like mine Mark. They're bloody heavy
I think 40 sheets is about right for the size and weight.

Yep, they come complete. They are large and VERY heavy. I collected mine as I live local. They won’t fit sideways on the rear seat. I had to take my luggage guard out and put seats down to fit them lengthways. You can lift the package a short distance but really it’s two man lift. You can see why they charge the delivery fee.

Here are some photos of mine, the Prospeed ones have the inserts.
They are both easy to fit.
The only thing I would recommend on an older car is running a tap through the lower holes first to make sure they are clear.
Hope these help

BTW I'd second the recommendation to tap out the screw holes/threads on older D4's/D3's. I tried fitting the ProSpeed compressor guard yesterday and one of the threads was a complete no go. Need to get an M10 tap (I believe, anybody confirm?) from work tomorrow.RLD CB Bracket

ah,
the re-tapping the rusty / painted over threads is a godsend advice. very important not to leave this step out, even if you car were fresh out the factory.
allmakes == terrafirma, i guess. tf and some other brands seem to have come toegether to form a bigger entity in the maket.
I bought TF818 at Ribble Valley 4x4 Ltd. Somebody on here metioned them, their price was quite attractive, got everything quick, happy camper here.
