Always good to revive an old thread
If you are considering buying a télépéage tag you need to consider the Application Fee, Annual Management Fee, Monthly Active Service Fee etc versus the time you will save.
If you are travelling in France regularly & frequently then IMHO they are worth considering.
There are a number of options & websites one might visit before making a decision:-
https://www.rac.co.uk/drive/travel/driving...in-france/
https://www.emovis-tag.co.uk/subscription/
https://www.bipandgo.com/en
A number of the Télépéage tags have associated apps. which are worth considering.
Expected battery life is 5-7 years & you are advised not to leave the tag in your vehicle when in the UK.
Bon voyage

Although not active any more on this forum I’m weighing in.
When you purchase the toll badge (at Fulli) you pay administration fee (about € 2) for the months that you use the badge only. No annual fee, no monthly fee when you don’t use it. The fee also depends on the invoicing method; invoice by email is cheapest. There are badges available that work in France, Spain, Portugal and Italy all in one.
The lifespan of a badge is about 7 years, maybe a bit more if you don’t use it. Mine stopped working this spring and it got exchanged free of charge at one of the Fulli stations.
I have one in the car all the time even though I don’t travel to France a lot, as it doesn’t cost anything when not used. I find it very convenient and this is even more so if your steering wheel is on the right side and using the payment terminals is really not an option.
Hope this helps anyone!

That looks excellent, certainly better than some of the others:-
https://www.fulli.com/en/electronic-toll-subscription-offers
I have subscribed for:-
https://www.fulli.com/en/fulli-nomade-plus
which covers France, Spain, Portugal and Italy - but the offer ends on 31/08/2023 and applies to the first year only.
If signing up you will need the IBAN number of the bank account you use.
It is kind of an ongoing ‘offer’ if memory serves. Glad to be of help 👍🏻
