Plus
5 x 5 spoke 18inch alloys & 255x60x18 wrangler tyres off of my TDV6 Auto S. 1 xnew rest done 13k miles.
I am going the route of 17 inch rims with the Cooper ST's. Some available now. rest when the new rubber gets here.
P.M. to discuss price & availability.
I am in Reading, Berkshire.
Merry Christmas to all

Si, I am going for the ST's. That is the "all terrain" type version I believe.
Having spent the day at Slab Common the other week I was mightily impressed with off road ability of the machine even on road tyres.
Cheers

That's okay then, I was going to suggest if you we're getting the STTs to keeps the 18" wheels for 'normal' use as the STTs are awesome off-road but noisy on-road. STs should be great for both.
It is incredible what the D3 can do on standard tyres
Are you going down to Slab Common just after xmas? I'm thinking about it The End

Ah, I was wondering if you had Broxhead & Slab mixed up.
I had not thought about it really but it would be good to see how the AWDC are doing things now.
They used to be a bit manic at Slab & Broxhead with lots of Suzuki types bombing around.
I will check with SWMBO & let you know.
Do you know when you can get over for the bits & bobs yet?.
