Retrofit TV in New z

Does anyone know if I can retrofit a Television unit to my 2012 D4? I see you can get units on ebay UK but I don't know if it will work in NZ with the broadcast frequencies here? Thanks

Unfortunately not. Looks like frequencies only one issue so I haven't tried further
