modules have now gone up in price so can't hold that price anymore
+1 for Geoff to fit it top bloke and good price, I've tried the other hands free stuff and the Landy one is by far the best, clear sound and access to phone book plus it's easy to use you can also dial a number using the 0-9 on your radio if the number is not stored in your phone.Goodyear Duratracs

Ah Ok I will have to ask my contacts up here, is it possible you can give me an email or phone number to have a quick chat and see what we can do.
I have no problem with you doing the install as its a good price, just I am in North Norfolk, Fakenham.
Just seems like the best solution overall then I can have an MP3 player plugged into the AUX as its a lush sounding Stereo!

This is probably a daft question but can this module also be used to play music from my phone over BT?
If so, will it allow control of tracks etc via the normal steering wheel controls?
I use the AUX cable at the moment but find the volume an issue (especially if SATNAV is on as well..) and the inability to skip tracks a pain.I see no ships........

I'm always tentative about asking questions when new on a forum but the ACM, can it be bought and fitted to a 2005 Discovery for use with a USB memory stick allowing me to select and play tracks via the factory 6 disk head unit?
I had a similar unit in my 2008 volvo and its really good, had a connector for IPOD and USB, in 8 years never connected an IPOD.
It has just occurred to me to ponder whether the Land Rover Volvo were made under the same umbrella of ford at the time? perhaps its the same unit? I am thinking thats a long shot but all the same I may take the unit out of the volvo before I sell it, if nothing else it could be sold where it wouldn't add any value to the car sale if it remains.
I digress. Whats involved in fitting the ACM and how does it operate?

Fusion fanatic, Where are you in Norfolk?
I may have to go to Barham in the new year, so could do the CCF edit if still required
That may be helpful, Barnham is near Thetford right? I am in Fakenham, my job takes me all over though.
I did the ACM a while back , I used iPod touch, but from the steering wheel buttons you can skip, select track etc, also has a USB input and phone plugs Altox GSM FBH controller thread
