Restricted performance, no fault codes.
Getting the restricted performance warning with a red triangle, the warning clears with the ok button but the red triangle remains but goes off if the car is stopped and restarted. There are no faults showing on the iid tool, the dpf is showing 0% volume remaining, any ideas?

Change the IID settings to check for "Pending" fault codes

Tried that and still nothing showing, I’ll take it for a run later and see what happens, it just happened out of the blue and was definitely down on power when the warning came up.

It's booked in for the big 7 year service and a couple of other bits so I'll nurse it for a few days and let the garage look at it. Looks like I'll have to double up on the pain killers and sell one of the kids
I've had exactly the same happen today, same codes and all. I cleaned my MAF's & MAP, no change, checked out the live manifold presures to find one reading very low, swapped the MAF sensors over, no change. Have now discovered my inlet manifold is cracked. Looks like another large bill on the way, hopefully the only saving grace is it's due it's belts chagning so I'm really hoping some of the labour crosses over with that.

Had the cover off and it’s a split manifold, looks like being an expensive week.

It’s a bizarre set up in plastic. It’s coming to us all sadly.
As a word of advice, my mate paid 360 including parts for his near side to be done in his XF….He didn’t do both sides and 8 days later the off side went also. I will definitely do the pair if/when mine go.A mod a week until I have nothing to improve or add.

2015 with 81500 miles. I've had it just over two years and to be fair apart from a couple of minor niggles it's been great so I can't really complain. I'll be keeping it for a good while yet so will get both done sides done while it's in.

Tip: do both manifolds at the same time!
its an expensive job, most expensive I was quoted was £2900! in the end managed to get it down to around £1400. thats with Genuine inlets.
Apparently the new inlets have been modified, they have been strengthened by adding wire into the plastic .
