Restricted performance issue with IID Tool data

So I am getting the red triangle, restricted performance. I managed to plug the IID tool and trace the MAF, MAP and air intake temp.

The MAP and Air flow seem to follow each other when "trying" to accelerate and drop when lifting off or changing gear.

Any ideas looking at the data I have below?

PS there are no faults being registered either
