Restricted performance and gearbox fault

I've been getting a few errors recently, first is gearbox fault pops up on the dash, yellow warning then goes away after a few seconds. Doesn't happen every startup. Clicking show errors does not bring it up again.
I checked the codes with a friends reader and it appeared to be a low voltage error. I knew the battery was shot and I have replaced that today. However, over the last week, I have had the red restricted performance error raise its head and limit to 3k rpm and slow acceleration. Car was driving fine before this and stopping engine and starting again puts it back to normal operation. I was thinking this may be related to the low battery problem.

Alas, I have changed the battery today and it has come back! Not pushing the car, cruise on at 60mph on level roads. When the error is not present, plenty of power and can boot it and it's still responsive and no errors come up. I will get the codes read but I'm a bit stumped to what it can be at the moment reading other posts. Hoping it's not a split inlet manifold!

I have the same issue since 3 weeks. First I thought is was in conjunction with the cold temp. I changed the main battery to a brand new one. The batt voltage in driving and ingnition on seems to not exceed 13V? Maybe a faulty alternator? 🤔
My fault list reads:
ABS-Brake Module
U0421-68 - Invalid data received from ride level control module - Algorithm based failure - event information (2B)
( on 26-01-2024 16:43:02 at 182020 km )

HVAC-Ventilation [This one I have since I got the car 5 months ago and didn't too much attention yet]
B13C2-86 - Windshield misting sensor - Bus signal/message failure - signal is invalid (2F)
( on 25-01-2024 15:18:44 at 181980 km )
B13C2-96 - Windshield misting sensor - Component failure - internal failure (2F)
( on 25-01-2024 15:18:44 at 181980 km )

IPMB-Camera
U0140-08 - Lost communication with body control module - General failure information - bus signal/message failure (2C)
( on 01-02-2028 10:25:38 at 228 km )

PAM-Parking Aid
B1B38-14 - Front right inner sensor - General electrical failure - circuit short to ground or open (2F)
( on 08-12-2032 14:12:58 at 14992898 km )

RLM-Suspension [This one may be in correlation of a corroded air pressure tank] oder worn-out seals - one of my next projects
C1A20-64 - Pressure increases too slow when filling reservoir - Algorithm based failure - signal plausibility failure (AF)
( on 26-01-2024 16:43:01 at 182020 km )

I found this in another post about this in a differnt thead:
"“After the BMS (Battery Management System) is resetted, the BMS performs a self-calibration. To do this, the battery is first charged with maximum charge voltage while the engine is running and then discharged to 75% charge. Discharging can take several days if only short distances are driven. During this time the alternator does not switch on! Only after that the BMS works normally again and charges the battery normally again.” "
I'll investigate accordingly and will share the findings.

From memory, I had these as well, not sure about the ABS one though. Ive got a IID on order so hopefully that will tell me more.
Interestingly on the drive home yesterday after that post, just as I was leaving the yellow DPF Full See handbook popped up on the display. So, got onto the motorway and luckily it was fairly late so stuck it on cruise at 70 and at some point, it cleared. I didn't get the restricted performance for the rest of the journey so I'm hoping it may be something to do with the dpf. I'll keep an eye on it and report back, and once the IID arrives read my codes!
