Renting Tyres

I'm planning a 3-week trip through Danmark/Sweden/Finland in Februari/March. However I would like to change tires when up north.
Any expirience with renting studded Tyres anyone ?

Found a company in Göteborg who has tyres for rent (no studded for HSE size however...).
