I know this has been done by a few others and I have read loads of posts of information on this but I'm after a bit of an idiots guide before I start taking my vehicle apart.
I am removing the rear door window blanking panels & replacing the electric window motors courtesy of TLO so I'm after a little bit more info as to what I am doing before I make a hash of it.
I know I need to remove the door card to get to the motor but how do I start this, where are the fastenings etc?
I've got the 2 door trims & motors on order, is there anything else I need for fitting or do the new door trims just clip on?
What sort of timescale should I allow for this, can I do it in an evening or do I need to allow myself a full day?
Am I best removing the door cards before trying to remove the blanking panels or vice versa, is there an easier way to do it or is it just a case of perseverance?
Sorry for all the questions but I'm trying to gain as much information as possible before I start hacking the car to bits and end up needing more things I don't have in terms of parts or knowledge
Thanks
