Removing very light scuff marks off sills

Afternoon
The previous owner of my D4 didn’t have side steps fitted (I just ordered some), means that the sills have got light scuff marks on them.

Feels like TCUT is a bit old school these days.

Does anyone have any better product recommendations please?

It’s black so I need to end up with a decent finish.

I use meguiars (spelling?) scratch remover - does the job for scratches your 'nail' doesn't 'click' across.... 2016MY Discovery HSE - Black

I spent ages trying to remove the scuffs on mine without success, so spent £15 on the stick on high grip trim you see on ebay... problem solved!

Decent quality for the price too - and made in that high grip stuff so a bit of a dual purpose modification

I considered them, but concluded that the inevitable scuffed polished stainless would irritate me far more than the original scudded sills did

There’s normally a good choice of stick on protectors on eBay to suit all tastes.
BTW, side steps won’t solve the problem, at least not in my experience. 2006 D3 HSE (Original & still the best)-GONE
