Grime off by Britemax was an absolutely fantastic product for this kind of thing. Used with a toothbrush, I used it in all the nooks & crannies on Icemaiden as well as many other uses around the house. Unfortunately it hasn't been available for some time, so might be a bit hard to acquire currently. Not a lot of help I know, but if you never see some, buy it. It doesn't disappoint.
