It's a little bit more to do with it being a bike club event and they've ridden a hundred or so miles, I'll have ridden all of 20-25, so I've got to show a bit of solidarity! Thumbs Up

Anyway, I'll be on to those tabs with a power file as soon as I get back....

Be a leader of the green oval and show those bikers the error of their ways.

You could turn up stepping out of the Disco in bikers leathers and a helmet making some profound statement about the LR being more fun than the bike. It would get their attention. Laughing

As it turns out, the bunch of "girls" cried off part way after all, so I had a ride to Plymouth and back for nothing. Back to do more important stuff now - going back out to finish today's project Thumbs Up

Please next door neighbour's, daughter's, boyfriend's good taste in cars!

He's a herdsman and only around 23. His first car was an ancient "leafer" and his second car is this V8 Disco 1 commercial. As you can see, I don't think either of them have ever been washed, but he's a sound chap Thumbs Up

Looks good

Did you fit the genuine Land Rover one?

Thinking one might brighten up the back of my waitomo grey landmark

Thanks. I'm really pleased with it!

Yes, it was the genuine item. I got really lucky in that a Land Rover dealer was selling some unwanted stock on eBay and they were disposing of the genuine one for about £95! The packet had been opened, but it was complete and unused.

There are compatible items around which, if they include the two pieces of black foam that live under the stainless surface, are indistinguishable from the real thing. I'm not sure that I can post a link to one here without breaking site rules though.
