Removable Towbar problem
Hi All,
Just picked up an removable towbar from Ebay. Part .KNB500013.
And it doesn't fit in correctly.
I can slot it into the receiver on my D3 but doesn't appear to go in the whole way. So locking pin that comes out from the back of the towbar doesn't extend fully through the hole.
Anybody had this problem - any answers or advice welcomed

They can be a sod to fit. Use some WD40 and make sure you have it in the unlocked position before inserting.

HI Gareth,
Awesome advice. WD40 is truly amazing stuff.
Just spray and slide
Went in second push.
many thanks

You will find it easier to slip in with time and practice
Oh scrape the paint off the hitch, the bit that inserts into the receiver.
