Evening Fellas, Just remembered that we had this fitted, what should I set the heater to when leaving it night before? Or is it just high. Thoughts appreciated

I don't think you need set it to anything.... The remote heater just blows warm air and heats the engine, not climate control. You can tell it's running when you get in, as you'll hear it, but failing that the Orange light on the top of the fan speed selector will be flashing Sill protection - LED internal lights - LED reverse lights - boot liner - Dog Guard - Rock sliders

As Mr.Tom says. It doesn't matter what it's set at as it works whatever the settings.
I also have a dilemma about this.
I timed mine a few nights ago and it's running for 30 minutes. I was sure I had read it only lasts for 20 minutes.
Not complaining just curious why the different times. People tell me my car at 3L is not good for the environment but the other 6 engines I look after are 78L and nobody complains about them.

what year is your D4
our MY10 HSE runs for 30 mins whereas the MY15 runs for 20 mins - the timed climate settings screen is different as well Duncan

2014 but I fitted the receiver and aerial myself and activated everything.
At first I thought I was wrong but I timed it the other night and that's when I got really confused when it ran for 30 minutes. People tell me my car at 3L is not good for the environment but the other 6 engines I look after are 78L and nobody complains about them.

20 minutes.
That's the confusing bit.
If I set the timer it will run for a set time and in the morning it is not really hot in the car but if I use the remote it runs for longer and is toasty in the car when I get in. People tell me my car at 3L is not good for the environment but the other 6 engines I look after are 78L and nobody complains about them.
