Remote heater thingamybob

I'd like the remote option to start the heater for the one or two days a year I happen to glance outside and see snow and wish I'd set the heater timer.

I have a 61 Disco 4 HSE with FBH, so what do I need to do to get things working remotely?

Are there options for the mod? I see Disco 3's there is some method to reprogramming the car remote fob, visual indication that its working, etc.
