Remote control heating

Hi guys brought myself a new black with black D4 HSE Luxury last week and loving it. I have changed the front and side grills for black Land Mark ones as i prefer this look. My question is can i get a remote control for the preheater?? Rolling Eyes

Bodsy sorry you are wrong on that. The dealers can and do activate on MY12 D4's. I fitted the receiver on mine and the dealer activated it FOC when it went in for software update, done in a few minutes and all works great plus it is also covered by LR warranty. Thumbs Up MY17 D5 1st Edition Namib Orange

MY12 D4 HSE Nara Bronze Sold and gone

Think i have sorted the remote heater out and not a moment to soon. I say think as the real test will be tomorrow morning.

Thanks to wiggs and others for in put

Remote control LR027493 £30 from flea bay lots of them listed

Receiver LR036695 £148 from main dealer

Antanna was given to me but i believe are under £15 to buy

Installed these parts myself and paired the remote within an hour.
Main Dealer then enabled it for me over a cup of tea.
