Although not as easy to use as the D3/4, in the opinion of the crew I spoke to anyway. Whistle

Everything is relative ...The D3\4 spent more time in the shop than their Shoguns Whistle

Actually the crew I spoke to were in a Shogun. I said I was surprised not to see them in a D5, which led to a conversation about D3/4/5’s. They preferred the D4 for ease of loading, due to the boxy shape and larger/taller boot aperture and also the larger glass area for visibility.
They weren’t negative about the D5 though. Nor should they be really, I can think of a lot worse vehicles to spend time in!

I think these cars look great. This pic caught my eye - when we put our big roof box on the D5 I hit a problem I can see they may have too, how too reach the back left of the box? I couldn't do it standing on the seats never mind the sills. I told SWMBO to stand on the back tyre but she slipped in trainers on the wet tyre, wonder how these guys do it? D5 needs some kind of carbon fibre ladder for the back or sides, I think it would make things much easier.

It was absolutely the other way around, according to the team that I spoke to before I bought my first D4. Apparently the Shoguns were in the workshops more often, with parts delivery delays and problems with overloaded electrical systems.

South Yorkshire have a very cool unmarked D5. The way they have integrated the lights into the existing looks spectacular when its on. Seen it a few times, looked like a spaceship landing at night coming the opposite way on the motorway.
