I've seen one with 274 DTC's logged the vehicle still drove perfectly and to be fair, most were spurious, intermittent events (such as 'sunroof moving too slowly' - on a vehicle without one!) that would disappear once certain features or equipment were used. Don't take the number of logged events as a measure of how broken the vehicle is, most of the time the logged DTC is due to transient network conditions (happens on all networks, car or PC) that clear with the next packet transmitted
About 20 years ago when i was at Uni learning programming on DEC10's, we used to get pages and pages of errors.
We'd search through the code and insert a single missing semi-colon, and the errors would drop back to three or four!Have a nice day!
