Parking Pawl Guide Plate Recall AO23

I received my recall letter and tried to book in with my Dealer, to be told that Land Rover don't have the parts yet! Rang L.R. Customer Service last Tuesday and Today to be told that they do have parts and they would speak to my Dealer and ring me straight back. I am still waiting! Has anybody managed to have this recall done yet?

P.S. Just had a call from L.R. It was the Dealers error. The parts must be ordered as Recall Parts or will show as on back order.L.R. say this is to give priority to recall orders.

United Kingdom

I never did receive a recall for this how ever my vin number is in this range (356703). I contacted LRCS on Friday and they confirmed that this recall affected my D3. I then rang my dealer to book it in and they said the recall was not applicable to my D3 Shocked , rang LRCS back and they said they would check again and ring me back. When they rang back they confirmed that the recall was not applicable to my car Confused
