Rear parking sensor

After interrogating the fault code it showed the rear right outer sensor was faulty. So I went on to eBay and ordered a replacement.
Had a bit of time over the weekend so I squeezed my hand into the small gap behind the bumper and removed the ‘faulty’ sensor only to find that it wasn’t the same as the replacement!
I tried fitting the new sensor but its connector is at 90 degrees to the sensor so it doesn’t have room. The original has the connector in-line with the sensor but ever time I find one online a vehicle check comes back “ doesn’t fit “!
Can anyone point me to a cheap rear sensor that will fit a 2012 Disco 4 Commercial? As I’m reluctant to buy at JLR prices!

Update:
I managed to source an ‘OEM’ sensor and replaced the faulty one. It cleared the fault code and GAP tool shows no fault, but the rear camera is still coming up as not available on the info screen and sensors still do not work.
Where to next?
