Rear Light Covers for Mk1 D4

Hi guys, i was wondering if anyone knew of any mods on the market to tint the rear lights on my D4 to make them look like the facelifted model. Ideally a pre cut sticker that simply goes over the top.

I know you can buy aftermarket D4 Mk2 rear lights, but i don't want unofficial parts and considering its exactly the same light without out the black fascia then i thought there might be an easy fix mod out there

If not, are there any particular tints or vinyls i should look at to get the job done myself?

Cheers

I upgraded to the black edition on my D4. People worry about aftermarket, however as long as you make sure they are made by Valeo you have no problems. Valeo manufacture headlights and taillights for most manufacturers including LR. So essentially you are getting the same light but without a tiny imprint on the back saying Land Rover.

I spent a couple of hours scouring the internet for exactly the same thing last week. It seems such an obvious mod and as you say would only require a bit of black vinyl cut correctly.

Like you, I want to change mine for the look but it seems a very expensive mod just for a bit of black colouring-in.

If you find any or figure out who could cut some stickers to suit, let me know! 8)
