Rear Heater lines? Recommendation/help?

Hi,

I have two lines running between the wheel well and the cover. These limit the tire size I can install (after I cut some metal off).
Has anyone moved these? Can I just eliminate them using a loopback?

From what you say these sound like the rear air-con pipes. They can be removed but I suggest for safety to is done by an air-con engineer as contents are dangerous.

I think there are 2 different set of lines. The ones for cooling and the ones for heating. The cooling ones are thinner and completely solid (for what I can tell). The heating (the ones I want to move), are thicker, have ruber hose parts and the clamps are the easy release one (without the screw), so I think they only run coolant to transfer heat...
Does this make sense.
I wish I had the 'shop' manual to figure all this out....

The ones in the back right (passenger side in US) wheel well are heater lines and can be moved without issue.
