Rear Drawers
Just wondering if anyone knows of any rear drawers that are OK - I am looking for some that are half width or just less than that as I have the dog cage already and just want to sit a drawer to one side.
I've had a quick google and look on here, but only seen full width ones (or a couple which are really expensive) - or is it time I got my tools out and had a play?
If that's the case, any tips on where you can get the extended heavy weight drawer sliders and the latches?
Thanks in advanceSill protection - LED internal lights - LED reverse lights - boot liner - Dog Guard - Rock sliders

I've been looking for single drawers as well, and found these. But they are expensive.
Hopefully some one that has built their own will be along to give some guidance.
Cheers

The slides that you are looking at are just the job - you need the ones that offer 'full extension' so that you can get the drawer(s) fully open.
I made mine for the D1 using an army blanket box as the drawer unit - this saved a huge amount of time in fabrication and meant that I also had a surface to work on when it was pulled out as it formed quite a useful 'kitchen' area when used in conjunction with a cooker mount on the sideways-hinged rear door.
I think that the slides shown work equally well if they are on the side of a drawer or underneath it.
Good luck if you decide to fabricate!D4 Commercial - 65 Plate, 2016MY

Thanks all, think I will look into making some! Not going to pay £700 for a draw and the full width ones are appealing but then I would also need a new dog cage as the current one won't fit on top.Sill protection - LED internal lights - LED reverse lights - boot liner - Dog Guard - Rock sliders

A bit off the wall, but if you're looking for something half width have you thought about something like this ?

Try searching for 'sense of adventure'. I'm getting drawers made up for my D3 in the new year. I spoke to Will and he's helpful with making a system to suit you 2007 D3 XS Auto 101k

I did think about that... Just wanted a long thin one, oh er, as I could put stuff on top of it, and put a bag or two in itSill protection - LED internal lights - LED reverse lights - boot liner - Dog Guard - Rock sliders
