Rear diff lock malfuctions

Hi guys i've a discovery 3 '09
I've a sligt problem with my real diff lock..
When i use the programms i hear a "crack" when i am driving...
I think the sound comes from the small discs inside the diff. Do we know if we can find replacable disc cause the company says that the diff is a blak box!!
