| Rear climate control temperature blend door actuator |

Does anybody know how to gain access to the rear climate control temperature blend door actuator? Does the entire heater core / hvac unit there need to be removed or can the quarter panel be removed to gain access to the backside of it?
My blend door is stuck at about 75% heat right now. I put my hand down the foot/face blend door and the temperature blend door is stuck and will not budge.
