I set about replacing the rear brake pipe runs with copper yesterday. Took just over an hour with the other D3 but forgot this one has rear aircon pipes...that are right in the way. I'd replace the aircon pipes now if I had it on the ramp but it's on the garage floor on axle stands as it was only going to be a quick job! Black 05 TDV6 HSE Auto

May i ask ref ur brake lines, were u able to get them out in one length and then use them as a pattern please for the new copper lines
Looking at mine one side is copper and the other is the original steel ones, bought a 25 foot roll of kunifer so will replace the lines later on
