Rays protector and d4 winch

Hi guys,

I have a 2013 d4 and have been told the later winches for the spare wheel are nearly theft proof. However me thinks I should invest in one of rays protectors as I have a 20in alloy and rearly don't want it to go missing Shocked
I am already looking at anyone suspect near my car wondering if there sparewheelnickers Evil or Very Mad

I even contemplated crawling out in the dark tonite and removing it Rolling Eyes

I pmd ray yesterday but not heard from him yet Sad I presume he is still doing them Question
Would you remove it until a protector can be got Question doesn't the winch need a wheel to be on it from winding it back up Question

Sorry for all the questions guys Embarassed

Cheers
Og

Yes. Yes if you're worried. You can wind it back without the wheel on it but make sure you keep some tension on it whilst winding The End
