Mine is gas. I am located in the USA so diesel isn't a option otherwise I would have bought a diesel. I wish mine had actual pressures for each tire but I assume it wasn't available yet as mine is an older model - 2012. Good to know it still notifies you if a tire is low and which one. Guess I didn't loose anything by switching to the TFT dash but if you have a 2014+ you would loose the telephone / radio notifications, GPS and tire pressures.

Wait a minute. Previously I thought that one would lose telephone+radio+GPS display already starting from MY2012+ but you say they would work on MY2012-2014 and would not work starting from MY2014? Could someone confirm which way it is?

I have a 2012 Lux NA Spec.
I have lost - telephone, SAT, Radio notification on the cluster - just tells you what channel you are tuned on.
I don't think I ever had Nav guide or individual tire pressure as I don't think these were on available on the 2012 models yet... I believe they are only on the newer models. 2014-2016. Not sure if it is possible to add the TFT dash to 2014+ models and if you can I assume you will loose these features as well as it is a dash out of and older Range Rover.

On my 2012 HSE I get GPS guidance as arrows when approaching a turn. So I take I would lose that with RRS TFT display.

That is correct - I must have had that as an option, but didn't realize it and then lost it. However, you can still see the arrows / directions on the GPS Headunit.

So far behind in tech I never use it always use Waze on me phone much better Disco 3 gone but not forGotten

James, did you ever try using the Jag dash you bought? I managed to source a very cheap Jag dash and I'm wondering if it would work, the part number is GX63-10849-JK, do you reckon this might work?
