Random water leak

Hi
So on the 2005 v8 I also have a random water run off from underneath. This produces cold, clear water that has an oily feel.
We think it’s the air on drain but I wasn’t using the air on just had the heater on full ( trying to understand the other problem I have posted about one side of the heater being cold)
Does this seem right or would it be something else. Today it was running for a second, then nothing for 5-10 sec then it would run again etc.

I tried to capture it, it’s coming from just by the heat shield in the middle of the car / back of the underbody protection.
Appreciate it’s a bit finger in the air ish.
Thanks
Baz

Sounds like air con.

Pressing eco turns it off.
