RAI removal

Thinking about fitting a mantec RAI to my disco but not keen on the extra wind noise and decreased mpg while back in the uk. So have many people take them off when not needed or is it too much of a pain ?

Cheers

I thought you'd end up with a great big hole in the fender if you took them off.
