Have been getting the message start engine low battery and couldn't work out why,dealer checked everything and said battery and charging system is fine, just been looking to see if there is a drain and found radio is staying on when switching engine off, On off button on head set still not turning set off ?

At a guess I would try a hard reset.
Mine stopped working and that cured it
