Hi

I have a very similar issue to this which appears to be quiet a common problem on the Disco 3.

I have no sound for the radio, CD, Bluetooth or Sat Nav.

When i turn the volume knob on the radio it does not display volume like it does when it is working.

If i drive the car for 30 minutes or so the sound will come on again and everything will work but if i turn the car off again and leave it for 10 minutes when i get back in and start the car no sound again.

Very frustrating as i cannot seem to find the problem and there are so many listed on here or with a quick google search.

I have had the dash out checked all of the most connections and they look fine. I have also had the rear panel off and left it off until the sound came back on. I unplugged the most cable from the bluetooth module and it made no difference i still had sound. I unplugged the TMC module and again no difference still had sound. I unplugged the amp under the drivers seat and sound went. Plugged back in and no sound.

I have entered the diagnostics menu through the touchscreen and when not working it displays MPR4 in top right and when working it displays MPR5.

Does all of the above point to a dodgy amp or am i missing something.

Hoping the forum sponsor Geoff could shed some light its driving me nuts.

Thanks in advance for any help anyone can offer.

Anyone?

Been offered another Logic 7 amp for £150 but dont want to buy it if anyone can shed any further light on the issue.

Ive search the forum and it seems it could be the amp?

Thanks in advance for any advice.
