Radio fault no volume

Is there a member in Lancashire that can help,have replaced amp/head unit/blue tooth unit and screen at the end of my understanding.Happy to pay for help based in Chorley but will travel anyware.Best regards steve.

Do you have volume etc controls on the Steering wheel?

If so they are not simple switches, but instead work on a resistive network.
If there is a problem with the switches, or the clockspring, and the head unit is being fed a resistance it doesn't recognise, or a resistance that it for example thinks is the down volume button being depressed, the head unit can be fooled into thinking all sorts of things.

It's just another possibility.
 Heaven doesn't want me, and hell is afraid I'll take over.
