Racking it up

Mine came back from its 75k mile service with a note saying that the rack is starting to show signs of wear, and that (as yet) there are no repair kits or service exchange racks on the market - is this true, or do you guys know something different??? Rob Smith

I ask as mine has done 77k so I MAY have a similar issue in the future!

likewise, had bits on mine done on its last service at yeovil, seems the symptom is a slight knocking feeling through the steering wheel when going over small bumps at low speed Mr. Green
