Question for our Norwegian members.
I'm looking to visit the site of a destroyed WW2 gun battery (part of the Atlantic Wall) bit south of Nordkapp but unsure if I'm allowed to drive on this type of road/track. The location of the site is 70.8973000,25.8873570 and access off the E69 is 70.8787663,25.8337997

Here's what is at the bottom showing the track. I read somewhere that as long as you can drive a "normal" car down there, with no "private way" signs it will be OK. Is this correct?
