| Who provides LR with Sat Nav Software/Maps? |

Just wondered if any of the tecchy bofins out there know who provides/supplies LR with the sat nav mapping software and hardware?
Is it one of the major players like Garmin or Magellon or have they commissioned it specially.
Also is the premium system from the same source?

Today's idle pipe dream:
Wouldn't it be nice if there was a way to load proper OS maps into the system using software like that available from Memory Map, Anquet etc?

Many thanks, very helpful.
Does anyone know if Denso do any stand alone units as I cant find owt on the site, just a nice demo of how the standard system works as on an SE.
Or do they supply only to motor manufacturers?
