Protection from stonechips

Hi fella's.
Had my car all of a month or so and already got a poxy dent/scratch in the bonnet. Offside top, just round the corner above headlight. Small but annoying all the same. It's going to have to get sorted.
Anyway, mate of mine has a "bonnet bra" on his golf but they don't make one for a Disco.
Anyone have anything that might be similar or has anyone else used/using a potential front end saver of some kind?

Thanks Slimer I had seen that, a friend has some on his Merc, was looking for something a bit more hard core than some thick clingfilm. I accept that the odd stonechip is inevitable, but I think I've been clouted by a falling branch, hence the dent. I'm not sure that this gear would have made any difference to be fair.
Thanks though, I'll give them a call anyway as they're only down the road.

My first D3 got attacked by a falling branch when it was about three weeks old Big Cry
There was a golf ball sized dent in the bonnet that a local bodyshop got out leaving no evidence that it was ever there Very Happy

Formula4 do the EGR guards but I have my doubts if one would help, you'd probably just collect stones behind it and they'd scratch the bonnet even more Confused Rolling Eyes

Hi Guys,
In Aus we have a clear perspex bonnet protector.
Chime into the Australian section to see if anyone has a photo of it.
Cheers.
