Edit: If you look at this photo, you can see the RG58 running from above the right hand rear light, up along the seal and then up through the gap. Didn't have the red&black cable in at this point but it followed the same route.

There is another permanent way to feed exterior cables into the cabin that is a perfect seal, doesn’t require drilling the body or indeed leaving any exterior seal compromised

25mm plus 1mm for the powder coat
