There would appear to be a Safari-related issue, giving the question marks. I'm looking into this now.
I can't repeat the upload problem, could you e-mail one of the files you're struggling with so I can see if it's file related? 06 D3 SE / 15 LR D90 XS SW / 88 LR 90 Td5 / 68 BMW 2000 ti

It's not just Safari, I'm also getting this with Firefox (and it's not fixed  ).
